“Now listen to this.. Allah in this surah.. Allah mention something very very heavy. and i want to share to this ayat with you on the same surah.. Allah says “you are all, for sure, no doubt about it, going to be tested.” tested in what? in your moneys, and in your own selves. your money will be in danger, and yourselves will be in danger. you’ll feel frightened. you’ll feel lost of people. you’ll feel this trial financially, and socially. then what else He says? “you will no doubt about it definitely i swear to it you will definitely hear from them a lot of painful words.” you’ll get to hear a lot of painful things from them. is that happening today? are we hear painful things from that community..
And we have to here this things, but now Allah says “now that you’ll get to hear what should be your reaction?” what should be your reaction and this where we have to be harsh on ourselves. we have to tough on ourselves. Muslims nowadays are nothing but an emotional puppets. they don’t act calm, collected manner, which is the way of Allah and the Messenger (SAW)’s.
What should you do? Allah Himselves says, “and if you’re be able to be patience, ..” patience means controlling your anger. we are suppose to be patience, we are all suppose to continue to be takwa to Allah..
This is not new.. Allah did this too to the Messenger (S.A.W). so don’t blame the population, that is syaitan doing his job, we just have to do a better job, that’s all. we have to do our job. we have to clarify this deen.”

“And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patience.” -Quran 2:155
“And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, truly it is extremely heavy and hard except for humbly submissive [to Allah]” -Quran 2:45.
“And Allah loves As-Sabirun (the patience ones)” -Quran 3:146.
“The real patience is at the first stroke of a calamity.” -(Bukhari)
“No calamity occurs, but by the permission of Allah, and whosover believes in Allah, He guides his heart. And Allah is the All-Knower of everything.” -Quran 64:11.
“When according to Islam, we should be 1st, Controlling our anger and 2nd, Learning how to react which is Islamic, afterall we are trying to defend Islam. There have been people who have had great hatered for Islam and the Prophet (s.a.w.) yet they became the best of Muslims. So before you start saying “Death to you!”, “May they burn in Hell!” and “Kill them all!” - Think, is this what a Muslim is supposed to do?” -Owner of this video.
There’s three kinds of Muslim youth.
The first is the ‘religious youth’. You know the one who participate in the MSA, who attend the weekly halaqas, the one one downloading videos off of youtube and lectures on their mp3s, the ones spending time commenting on religious blogs and asking fatawa questions. The religious youth.
The second is the really messed up youth. They still are muslims, but you wouldn’t even know. They are the ones dealing with things the first category would say ’ Astagfirullah’ and ‘Lahawula walaquata illabilla hil alyulazim’ to, but that is just the beginning for them. This is the youth involved in things you may not even have heard of. The kind of youth which if you sat down and had them explain to you what was going on their lives, you wouldn’t believe them.
The Third category is of the middle path. The ones who used to be party animals and were involved in wrong things until the stumbled upon some youtube video, or attended an MSA meeting, or saw one of their close friends become religious. So the middle youth is kind of, sort of inclined. Maybe they’ll put on a hijab some times, maybe they’ll let the beard grow for a couple of days. They’re good kids but they get drifted to and away.
Usually, we’re not always the best of Muslims to born with, even the most pious person has to work his/her way up to it. Usually most of us have our own messed up pasts as well but when a person becomes a part of that ‘religious youth’, they change a lot. Their language, their friends, their leisure time spent, their likes and dislikes usually change for the better but unfortunately, because of this they often cut themselves off and drift away from the youth who isn’t so religious who needed them the most.
Everybody keeps talking about da’wah, bringing new muslims in, having more reverts, strengthening the muslim ummah, reducing the kuffar and as beautiful and admirable that is, you know who needs da’wah more? The messed up youth. What about the people already in the Muslim ummah who are leaking through the cracks? Think about the ummah for a second and contemplate on rough percentages of all the categories. Majority of them are messed up, and only a few limited ones are part of the first group. Your priority shouldn’t be the new muslims at this point, it should be helping the brothers and sisters who are weak muslims. When they said Laillaha illallah at any point in their lives, they become closer to you than your own blood.
Often times what we do is instead of thinking of saving this person, we start to judge them, curse at them, cut them off and humiliate them for what they are involved in. Would you do that if they were your sibling? At least we should treat them like human beings, like someone worth saving. How would we deal if a woman inappropriately dressed or a man covered in tattoos and earrings walked in to a masjid? How would we deal with that? Most people would probably kick them out but doesn’t the fact they at least showed up the masjid mean something? If you kick them out of there, wouldn’t they end up somewhere much worse off?
Don’t expect them to come to you every time, you will have to approach them. Why are you put into a society, in a family, in a country which is so filled with so many ‘messed up’ people? How come Allah didn’t give you the perfect surroundings for a muslim who wants to be dedicated to Him? The answer is in your history. Look at the prophets, look at their families, their tribes and their nations. Allah swt put you there because you are to be an ambassador of Islam to them because no one else would’ve reached out to them. Don’t look down upon those who are weak, rather help rescue them. Take responsibility.
*Disclaimer: “The religious youth” may not be the best kind of youth, Allah knows their state of imaan but they are usually more involved in Islam than others.

![“Islam began as a stranger and shall return as a stranger as it began. So give glad tidings to the strangers”.The meaning of this hadeeth is that Islam began as something strange, when the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) called people to Islam, but no one responded except a few here and there. At that time it was something strange because its people were like strangers amongst others and they were few in number and weak, in contrast to the great numbers and strength of their enemies who persecuted the Muslims. Then some of them migrated to Abyssinia, fleeing for the sake of their religion from tribulation and to save themselves from persecution and oppression, and the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) migrated at Allaah’s command to Madeenah, after suffering intense persecution and in the hope that Allaah would give him people to support him in his call and support Islam. Then Allaah fulfilled his hopes, granted victory to his troops and supported His slave. The Islamic state was established and Islam spread, with the help of Allaah, throughout the land; Allaah made the word of kufr lowest and the word of Allaah is (always) uppermost, for Allaah is Almighty, All-Wise, and honour, power and glory belong to Allaah, and to His Messenger, and to the believers [cf al-Munaafiqoon 63:8]. This continued for a long time, then division and dissent spread among the Muslims and weakness and failure increased gradually, until Islam once again became something strange as it was in the beginning. But this is not because of their small numbers, because at that time they will be many, rather it is because they do not adhere to their religion or cling to the Book of their Lord and the teachings of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), apart from those whom Allaah wills. So they become distracted and turn to competing in worldly matters, like those who came before them, and they fight amongst themselves for leadership. So the enemies of Islam found a way in and they colonized their lands, humiliated their people and treated them badly. This is the way in which Islam returned to being strange as it was in the beginning. A number of scholars – including Shaykh Muhammad Rasheed Rida – thought that this hadeeth gives ‘glad tidings’ of a second victory of Islam after it becomes something strange again. They base this on the metaphor used by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) when he said, “… will revert to being strange as it began.” So just as following the initial strangeness and alienation the Muslims were victorious and Islam spread, this will happen again after the second period of strangeness and alienation.](http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m73xfd4tZS1qcqlk0o1_500.jpg)

This is an expression that Muslims use whenever the name of Allah is pronounced or written.
The meaning of this expression is: “Allah is pure of having partners and He is exalted from having a son.” Muslims believe that Allah is the only God, the Creator of the Universe. He does not have partners or children.
Sometimes Muslims use other expressions when the name of Allah is written or pronounced.
Some of which are: “‘Azza Wa Jall“: He is the Mighty and the Majestic; “Jalla Jalaluh“: He is the exalted Majestic.

It was a Muslim who realized that light ENTERS our eyes, unlike the Greeks who thought we EMITTED rays, and so invented a camera from this discovery.
It was a Muslim who first tried to FLY in 852, even though it is the Wright Brothers who have taken the credit.
It was a Muslim by the name of Jabir ibn Hayyan who was known as the founder of modern Chemistry. He transformed alchemy into chemistry. He invented: distillation, purification, oxidation, evaporation, and filtration. He also discovered sulfuric and nitric acid.
It is a Muslim, by the name of Al-Jazari who is known as the father of robotics.
It was a Muslim who was the architect for Henry V’s castle.
It was a Muslim who invented hollow needles to suck cataracts from eyes, a technique still used today.
It was a Muslim who actually discovered inoculation, not Jenner and Pasteur to treat cowpox. The West just brought it over from Turkey
It was Muslims who contributed much to mathematics like Algebra and Trigonometry, which was imported over to Europe 300 years later to Fibonnaci and the rest.
It was Muslims who discovered that the Earth was round 500 years before Galileo did.
The list goes on………..
Just imagine a world without Muslims. Now I think you probably meant, JUST IMAGINE A WORLD WITHOUT TERRORISTS. And then I would agree, the world would definitely be a better place without those pieces of filth. But to hold a whole group responsible for the actions of a few is ignorant and racist. No one would ever expect Christians or White people to be held responsible for the acts of Timothy McVeigh (Oklahoma bombing) or Andreas Brevik (Norway killing), or the gun man that shot Congresswoman Giffords in head, wounded 12 and killed 6 people, and rightly so because they had nothing to do with those incidents! Just like the rest of the 1.5 billion Muslims have nothing to do with this incident!
