It’s like, we’re not arrogance. Coz we’re humble, but at the same time we need to stand up for ourselves. We don’t take it sitting down. Our young men, or girls, a lot of them, they go to the public school, and people pass comments at them; stand up for yourself. Stand up for yourself. Don’t take like “I’ve to be patience I have to be humble” and you’re walking like you know you have a back surgery or something, your back is lowered, you look like you’re weak, no. You have to lowered your gaze that’s fine, that doesn’t mean you have to lowered your head. We have to be confident people. We are not arrogant but we are certainly confident.

You lost hope because you saw only your sins, but could not see what was greater: His mercy. You felt trapped because you saw only the storm, but could not see what was stronger: His refuge.

Hearts are like vessels for which lips are the seals and tongues are the keys.. So keep the keys to your secrets safe..

Our enemy is not the Jews or Christianity, our enemy is our own ignorance.

Know that beauty is two types: external and internal. Internal beauty is loved for itself; it is the beauty of knowledge, reason, generosity, chastity and courage. That inside beauty is what God looks at and loves in His servant. Moreover, inside beauty beautifies the external image even if it is not appealing, when the person is covered with reverence, sweetness and beautiful manners as much as his soul acquires of those features. A believer is granted reverence and beauty according to his faith, so he is revered by those who meet him and loved by those who deal with him. This is commonly observed as you can see the righteous, charitable and well-mannered man projecting the nicest impression even if he is plain in looks, especially when he has been blessed with keeping night prayers as they illuminate the face and beautify it.

In this World.. This ignorance won’t go away, this saddened and this sorrow won’t go away, this darkness won’t go away.. It recorded in the Qur’an. These won’t go away until you properly understand inside of this Book. We have to stop so being reactionary. We have to stop picking from one thing from the Qur’an one thing from here and one thing from here; look at whole Book, look at the entire picture that Allah has represented in this Book.

Reduces stress - Many avid readers unwind by reading. Compared with the person who gets home from work and immediately turns on the TV news, you are going from work stress to crime stress. But it’s not just news. TV as a source of relaxation is too full of loud commercials and fast moving (often violent) images. If relaxation is something you want, turn off the TV or computer and pick up a book.

Imagine I gifted you with a box full of tools and every material you’d need, and then asked you to build a house–not for me–for yourself. How many people would fall in love with the hammer and forget about building the house? How many would use the tools instead to destroy themselves? God gave us this world, which is nothing but a box full of tools. Our ability to love is a tool. Our heart is a tool. Our life experiences are a tool. Our relationships, our money, our bodies, our minds, the sky, the sun, the stars, are all part of that tool box. And He has asked us to build a house. Not for Him. For ourselves. But most of us are so in love with the tools, we’ve forgotten their purpose. And in that neglect, have forgotten our own.

Imagine you were told a hurricane was coming and it would destroy anyone who didn’t take shelter. What would happen? Those who believed, would take shelter and provision before it hit. Those who didn’t believe would go on with their lives, as if nothing was coming. But could someone *really* believe it, and yet do nothing to prepare or save themselves? Could someone *really* believe it and yet continue to live their lives, as if nothing was coming? Could someone really know a storm was about to hit and let themselves be destroyed? Brothers and sisters, there are no surprises. You and I are told with certainty, death is coming. With certainty, a Day of Accountability is coming. But what have we prepared? Do we *really* believe?

As human beings we are all the same. We have this marvelous intelligence, which sometimes creates problems for us, but when influenced by warm-heartedness can be very constructive. In this context we need to appreciate the value of having moral principles.

Peace and religious harmony come about through taking action, not necessarily through making prayers and good wishes. In order to carry action out, enthusiasm is very important, and enthusiasm comes from being clear about our goal and the possibility of our fulfilling it. Here, we need educate young people about our ultimate goal, peace in the world, and how to fulfil it by cultivating inner peace within themselves.
